Conan O'Brien's beard shaved by Will Ferrell

Ferrell made good on his threat to rid Conan O'Brien of his "red mistake" by shaving the late-night TV talk show host's beard during an appearance on "Conan" Monday night.
The actor, who giddily dubbed the event "Beardpocalypse," whipped out a pair of clippers he dubbed "Excalibeard" and went to work on O'Brien.
Turns out, Ferrell isn't a very good barber.
"That's horrible!" O'Brien exclaimed after looking in a mirror at the patchy product. A professional finished the job during a commercial break.
When Ferrell saw O'Brien's clean-shaven look, he turned remorseful, saying he had made a "terrible mistake."
