Chaz Bono and Jennifer Elia call off engagement
(CBS) Chaz Bono and his finacee, Jennifer Elia, have called off their engagement, it was reported Monday.
"They leave this relationship with great love, respect and affection toward one another," Bono's rep, Howard Bragman, told TMZ. "No further amplification will be forthcoming and they ask that you respect their privacy at this time."
The two had been dating since 1999, according to TMZ. Bono's proposal to Elia was shown last month on his documentary special "Being Chaz."
Bono competed on the 13th season of "Dancing with the Stars," which aired this fall. He finished in seventh place.
