More than 100 people were gathered near the courthouse this morning, some arriving before 1 a.m., when some reportedly tried to cut in line.
As people ran to the courthouse, which allows potential court spectators to officially line up at 5:30 a.m., a woman was knocked down. She was later taken away in an ambulance. Police were called and removed three people, reports CBS affiliate WKMG
Only the first 50 in line are permitted to watch the murder trial from inside the courtroom.
The trial resumed today after Anthony apparently became sick from seeing pictures of her daughter Caylee's skull in court, which forced Judge Belvin Perry to end the proceedings about 90 minutes early Thursday, the station reports.
Anthony arrived at the Orange County Courthouse holding facility after 8 a.m. Friday. Officials would only say that she was seen by jailhouse doctors after leaving court Thursday afternoon.
Anthony is charged with first-degree murder. Prosecutors say she used duct tape to suffocate her daughter in the summer of 2008. The defense contends Caylee drowned in her grandparents' pool. Her remains were found in December 2008.
