According to CBS affiliate WKMG, witnesses for the defense are resuming testimony Saturday morning.
Anthony's attorneys have told the judge at her trial that they expect to wrap up in the middle of next week.
Prosecutors say they then need a day or two for rebuttal witnesses. That means jurors could start deliberations as early as a week from now.
Anthony, 25, has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and could face the death penalty if convicted of that charge.
Her defense attorneys claim Caylee Anthony accidentally drowned in the family's swimming pool.
