The location of the May 9 proceedings is being kept confidential by trial Judge Belvin Perry, reports Reuters.
Perry previously stated that he would not disclose the location of jury selection until the morning of that day, although various media organizations petitioned to challenge his position, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.
The Fifth District Court of Appeals gave Chief Judge Belvin Perry, prosecutors, defense lawyers and the State Attorney General a chance to weigh in on the media outlets' challenge, according local station WFTV.
Jury selection is taking place outside of Orlando because of the massive amount of pre-trial publicity.
"This news coverage has been unprecedented - maybe even dwarfs the coverage given in the O.J. Simpson trial," Judge Perry has said, according to the station.
Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. She has pleaded not guilty and has said a babysitter kidnapped Caylee.
The Casey Anthony case was recently reported on by "48 Hours Mystery."
