Manga's big. But can it improve your career?

Daniel Pink bets it can. His new The Adventures of Johnny Bunko: The Last Career Guide You'll Ever Need, which appears on Monday, puts career advice in the form of a graphic novel.

He's even got a trailer (not something you expect for a book):

Pink claims his book is the new "What Color Is Your Parachute?" or "Who Moved my Cheese?"

It'll certainly be more fun.

My personal career favorite is "Dancing Naked," an excellent book that applies behavioral psychology to individual careers. What's yours?
