Canucks Claim York Off Waivers

Pittsburgh Penguins center Harry York was claimed off waivers Tuesday by the Vancouver Canucks and will join his third NHL team in two weeks.

York and Alexei Kovalev were part of the five-player deal that sent Petr Nedved to the New York Rangers on Nov. 25. In seven games this season, only two with the Penguins, York has no points and four penalty minutes.
