(CBS) - Camille and Kelsey Grammer may have made their split official, but the fighting is still not over.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star filed for primary custody of their two children, Mason, 9, and Jude, 6, on Wednesday, less than a month after Kelsey filed his own papers with the same request.

In the court docs, obtained by TMZ, Camille claims Kelsey, 56, is only seeking primary custody for the "media attention" and his filing was "done in order to create a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" her.

Camille's filing also notes that two cannot come to an agreement regarding summer visitation. While Kelsey, who is now remarried to Katye Walsh and reportedly now resides in Chicago, seeks to have a month with the children, Camille claims the children's priorities are in California.

Their son, Jude, has repeated kindergarten twice and will need to do work with tutors in order to enter first grade, and daughter, Mason, wants to attend a month-long summer camp in Los Angeles, her lawyers said in the court docs.

"She will continue to fight aggressively to keep her kids and keep her kids together," a source close to Camille, 42, tells People magazine. "Kelsey's not been civil. [Camille] has tried to reach out without lawyers on multiple occasions and been rebuffed."
