REPORT: K-FED WAS FED UP WITH BRITNEY

A court commissioner ruled Thursday that Britney Spears' is not allowed visitation rights to her children until she complies with a court order. A source told E! Online's Planet Gossip that Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is concerned about how the children behave after spending time with their pop star mom. The source said, "They came back to his house, and their eating schedule was off, their sleeping schedule was off, and they won't listen to him, because he knows they haven't been getting any discipline at her house. He has to start all over, getting them settled again, calm them down and reintroduce them to their normal schedules. And it's frustrating for him."

Meanwhile, a source close to Spears says the pop star is very upset about the commissioner's decision. Spears and Federline are both due back in court on Tuesday.

ANNA NICOLE LAWYER WANTS DANNIELYNN TO BE SOLE HEIR

Howard K. Stern filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday seeking to make Anna Nicole Smith's daughter the sole heir of the late model's estate. Smith's will was drafted long before the birth of her daughter, Dannielynn, last year. Smith died before she could update her will to include her daughter. Smith's will names her other child, Daniel, as her heir, but he died at age 20 just a few days after his sister was born.

Dannielynn lives with her father, Larry Birkhead, who was established as her parent through DNA testing that settled a legal dispute with Stern.

Rod Stewart's son has pleaded not guilty to felony charges stemming from an assault reported by a couple outside a party in the Hollywood Hills. Sean Stewart entered his plea in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, after showing up 25 minutes late to the hearing. He faces counts of assault and throwing a substance at a vehicle.

ELLEN DEGENERES TAKES A DAY OFF

Ellen DeGeneres took the day off Thursday, after her emotional week embroiled in a tug-of-war over her adopted dog. DeGeneres was scheduled to tape two shows Thursday that would have aired today [Friday] and Monday. Instead, reruns featuring Jessica Alba and Queen Latifah have been scheduled to air. A new show is planned Tuesday.

The dog drama started after DeGeneres adopted a pooch named Iggy from an agency, then decided she couldn't keep him because he didn't get along with her cats. She gave Iggy to her hairdresser, but the agency took the dog away, saying DeGeneres violated her contract by placing the dog in a new home. At a taping of the show Wednesday, DeGeneres told the audience she wouldn't talk about the matter again unless the dog was returned to her hairdresser.
