"One Life To Live" Star Charged In Attacks
"One Life To Live" star Nathaniel Marston, 32, allegedly attacked three men with a metal crate early Sunday, breaking one man's leg.
According to the New York Daily News, the incident took place at 4:50 a.m. Sunday at 45th Street and 10th Avenue. Victim Salvatore Cabibbo said the star exited a cab, argued with the driver, before shouting "I'm going to get you!" and charging Cabibbo while swinging a crate. Marston struck Cabibbo, the victim claims, before absconding to a nearby gas station. Police said the actor appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, possibly cocaine.
Marston was charged with two counts of felony assault, reckless endangerment, criminal weapon possession, and one count of resisting arrest. The soap opera star who plays Dr. Michael McBain was taken to Bellevue Hospital where he was labeled as emotionally disturbed, police said.

People magazine reports Spears was spotted driving with the boys in a convertible on Saturday, with a person believed to be a court-appointed monitor in the passenger seat.

Comedian Stephen Colbert tells NBC's "Meet the Press" that he doesn't want to be president -- he just wants to run.
He announced last week on his Comedy Central show "The Colbert Report" that he's running for president in South Carolina, his home state.
And Sunday he told NBC's Tim Russert that for those who wonder if he's serious, it's a dream they won't wake up from. He say's he's "far realer" than Republican Sen. Sam Brownback, who has just pulled out of the race.
Colbert wants the focus back on South Carolina because he thinks he can make a difference there. And he wants the focus back on the state since Florida tried to jump ahead of it on the primary schedule.
David Copperfield has canceled upcoming shows in southeast Asia following an FBI search of his Las Vegas warehouse and a casino theater where he regularly performs.
Copperfield was also scheduled to perform in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore in the coming weeks. The cancellations came after FBI agents conducted searches in Las Vegas last week following allegations that Copperfield "forced himself" on an unidentified woman.
Copperfield's lawyer, David Chesnoff, has said the allegations "are false because David Copperfield has never forced himself on anyone." Neither Chesnoff nor law enforcement officials have provided details about the investigation.Photos: That Old Black Magic
Soap Star's Son Drowns
Michael Tylo Jr., son of soap opera star Hunter Tylo, has died in a swimming pool accident. He was 19.
He was pronounced dead just before midnight Thursday at a home in the Las Vegas suburb of Henderson, authorities said. The cause of death was listed as accidental drowning, according to the Clark County coroner's office.
Hunter Tylo stars on CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful." The 45-year-old actress was in Los Angeles at the time of the incident, show representative Eva Demirjian said. Demirjian declined further comment.

Kid Rock was arrested for a brawl at an Atlanta Waffle House early Sunday morning. The rocker spent roughly 12 hours in jail, according to police.
Kid Rock and his entourage of five had stopped at the Waffle House around 5 a.m. Sunday morning after the rocker's performance at The Tabernacle in Atlanta. The brouhaha started, a Dekalb County police spokeswoman said, when a customer recognized a female in Kid Rock's party and exchanged words with her. Kid Rock left the scene in his tour bus before being stopped by police a mile from the Waffle House. Kid Rock and his entourage were taken into custody on simple battery charges. The musician was released on bond around 5 p.m.
Bollywood Star Returns To Prison
The Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt returned to prison Monday, two months after he was released on bail, to resume serving a six-year sentence for illegal weapons possession in a case linked to a 1993 bombing that killed 257 people.
Dutt turned himself in immediately after receiving sentencing papers from a judge.
"The Supreme Court said I should surrender after I get a copy of the court order, so I am surrendering," Dutt told a court in Mumbai set up to deal with cases connected to the 1993 bombing in western India.
Dutt is appealing his sentence in the Supreme court. He was acquitted of more serious terrorism and conspiracy charges.
