TV.com gets NCAA clips and more: CBSI's video portal keeps adding new content partners. The latest deals give sports fans access to the NCAA Men's Final Four final and semi-final games from 1982-2008; the games are available in their entirety or as part of a condensed highlight reel. TV.com will also feature videos from Starz Media's Manga Entertainment, Smithsonian Channel, Comedy Time, Howcast and WatchMojo; CBSI says the site's library now includes more than 2,000 hours worth of content.

CareerTV jumps to Fox Business News: The half-hour recruitment and job-focused online series will air once a week on Fox Business News; the first episode airs April 4 at 2pm. CareerTV is produced by Philadelphia-based CareerTV.com, a division of talent management and recruiting company Universum; the show also streams at about 400 college campuses nationwide. CareerTV.com also produces recruiting videos for companies like *CBS* Interactive, P&G and T-Mobile.

YouTube videos get "engagement metrics": YouTube has added new stats to its analytics program: publishers can see how many users added comments, picked a video as a favorite and how well they rated it. The "engagement metrics" are designed to offer a better read on video performance than just page views and streams. NewTeeVee notes that the stats won't directly impact revenues, since publishers won't be able to increase ad prices for clips that show more social activitybut they could potentially use the data to help negotiate higher rates for their clips elsewhere.
