Brian Austin Green asks Megan Fox for spousal support, joint custody

Brian Austin Green is seeking spousal support and joint custody of his two sons with Megan Fox.

Fox filed for divorce in August, and Green has finally responded, reports People.

The couple were married for five years and have two children: Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months. Green also has a 13-year-old son named Kassius from a previous relationship.

Green, like Fox, also wrote that the date of separation was June 15, though rumors swirled that the couple had split months before that.

In August, Fox cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

There was reportedly no prenup, and the divorce is supposedly "very amicable."

Fox, 29, and Green, 42, were married for five years, and were together for a total of 11 -- though they briefly broke things off at one point.

Earlier reports suggested Fox will likely have to pay spousal support to Green because of an injury Green sustained from a car accident that has impeded his ability to work.
