Megan Fox will likely have to pay spousal support to Brian Austin Green.
The superstar actress officially filed for divorce on Friday, and it looks as though she will "almost certainly" have to pay up because of an injury Green sustained from a car accident, reports TMZ.
Fox, 29, who has steady work acting in blockbuster hits, makes much more than Green, 42, and the outlook for Green's potential for income looks bleak after he was involved in a car accident.
In December, the couple were hit by a drunk driver and though they were not injured at the time, Green has developed serious vertigo, which impairs balance, per TMZ.
Apparently, Green's vertigo is so serious he is mostly bedridden and has not worked since the accident. It's safe to say the actor is not having a good year.
