Body in submerged car ID'd as missing Fla. woman
BRANDON, Fla. -- Investigators have positively identified the body found in a submerged car as a Florida woman missing for more than a week, reports CBS affiliate WTSP.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reportedly used fingerprints to identify the body as 33-year-old Apryl Foster, who was last seen leaving a Tampa bar Feb. 13.
Authorities recovered her car submerged in a Brandon lake at the end of a boat ramp Sunday evening after boaters reported striking an obstruction in the water. The lake is less than half a mile from Foster's home.
Surveillance footage shows Foster's car drive into the water.
Deputies say they don't suspect foul play in the death, reports the station.
