Blues' Fuhr Sidelined For 2 Months
St. Louis Blues goaltender Grant Fuhr is expected to miss six to eight weeks after severely injuring his groin in Saturday's game against the San Jose Sharks.
In addition to Fuhr's injury, the Blues announced Monday goalie Jamie McLennan is day-to-day with a bruised right thumb. He injured his hand in the same game.

The injuries left the Blues scrambling Monday to find a goaltender to tend the net for Tuesday's home game against the Chicago Blackhawks. The team recalled goaltender Rich Parent from their AHL affiliate in Worcester and rookie goaltender Brent Johnson.
