Blodes Orchester: Over 200 appliances make music

(CBS) - German composer, harpsichordist and conductor Michael Petermann has created the Blodes Orchester or Stupid Orchestra (due to the singular function of each appliance) out of 200 common electric appliances currently on display at MKG Hamburg museum.

The unique orchestra really seems to show how sound can come from just about anywhere and be brought together to create music in the most interesting way. We previously posted something similar in the works of sound designer/composer, Diego Stocco, who created music from a tree.
