Awesome music made through animation

(CBS)- Videos combining music with visuals or animations always seem to amaze me. This video, "Sonar" by Renaud Hallée, is no exception.

Unfortunately this video is not interactive, and while that would make it even cooler, its ability to capture and map so many different sounds into one comprehensive and complete piece that is displayed through this visual is so simple yet remarkable. Made entirely with flash, the visual gets progressively more complex to a point where it is near impossible to follow all of the representations at once.
