Attorney tells Casey Anthony to stop acting like a 2-year-old, report says
CBS/WTSP/AP) CLEARWATER, Fla. - Casey Anthony's lawyer Jose Baez asked the judge to have certain microphones turned off in the Pinellas County courtroom after it was reported online that he told his client to "stop acting like a 2-year-old."

"It puts the entire process in peril," said Baez.
Judge Belvin Perry told Baez the microphones will remain in court, reports CBS affiliate WTSP.
"I've done all I can do. This is America," the Judge told Baez.
More than 60 prospective jurors remained on the fourth day of jury selection, and they were being asked questions about pretrial publicity and whether they could impose a death sentence.
Perry hopes to have a jury in place to begin trial in Orlando on Tuesday. He said earlier this week that could mean stretching jury selection into Saturday.
Jury selection is taking place outside of Orlando in the Tampa area because of intense media coverage near where the alleged murder of 2-year old Caylee Anthony occurred.
Casey Anthony, 25, could face the death penalty if convicted of first-degree murder in her daughter's 2008 death. She is also charged with aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and providing false information to law enforcement. She has pleaded not guilty and maintains a babysitter kidnapped Caylee.
The Casey Anthony case was recently reported on by "48 Hours Mystery."
