(CBS) OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Police say Oklahoma man Antwion Martin fatally shot another man because he posted a comment on Facebook about a swimsuit photo of Martin's girlfriend, according to NewsOK, website of the Oklahoman newspaper.
Antwion Courtez Martin, 20, has reportedly been charged with first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill in the death of Edmond Tyree.
Tyree reportedly wrote "damm" [sic] on a swimsuit photo of Martin's girlfriend. Five days later, on July 17, Martin allegedly killed Tyree at his apartment and wounded his visiting friend, Michael Hale. The victims were not robbed, according to the Oklahoman.
The newspaper reports investigators interviewed Martin and that the defendant admitted talking to the victim regarding his Facebook comment.
Authorities have kept the woman and the victim's Facebook pages as evidence.
