Annie Lennox ripoff by Lady Gaga?

The Internet s buzzing with comparisons between Lady Gaga's Jo Calderone performance Sunday night at MTV's Video Music Awards and Annie Lennox's drag performance of "Sweet Dreams" with the Eurythmics at the 1984 Grammy Awards.

It was Kelly Osbourne who first noted the similarities, tweeting "I love lady gaga but I wish she would start giving credit where credit is due!"

Another Twitter user wrote : "Madonna, Bette Midler, Annie Lennox! Does Gaga have any ideas of her own or is she hoping everyone is too young to remember the originals?"

Lady Gag has been accuse d in the past of ripping off Madonna with "Born This Way" and Bette Midler recently accused Gaga of stealing her mermaid in a wheelchair character.
