Anna Nicole: Yes, I Am Pregnant

Anna Nicole Smith confirmed in a video on her Web site that she is expecting a child. This comes on the heals of published reports that she is carrying the child of an unidentified man.

"I've been hearing a lot of gossip in the papers. Is Anna pregnant? She's pregnant by some guy," Smith, a former Playboy model, said in the video where she is seen floating on a raft in a pool.

"Well, let me stop all the rumors. Yes, I am pregnant. I am happy. I'm very, very happy about it," she said.

Smith, 38, was in the news earlier this month when she won a unanimous ruling from the Supreme Court that gives her another shot at claiming money from her deceased husband's estate. Her 90-year-old oil tycoon husband, J. Howard Marshall, died in 1995.

"Everything is going really, really good. I'll be checking in and out periodically on the Web and I'll let you see me as I'm growing," Smith added.

Smith did not comment on who the father of the baby was. Her only child, son Daniel Smith, was born in 1986.

Smith posted a message on her site which reads: "Don't believe any of the other rumors. I'll give you another update really soon. I just wish people wouldn't try to make money off me or get their 15 minutes of fame, but I'm not counting on it. The only other person who talks on my behalf (when I let him) is Howard K. Stern. Kisses!!!!!!!!!!"

Howard K. Stern is Smith's attorney. When rumors of a pregnancy began last month he released as statement that said: "If Anna Nicole is pregnant she obviously doesn't want anybody to know yet. If she is not pregnant she's not denying the rumor because she thinks it's funny how much of a stir it's causing. She'll leave it up to you to guess which one it is."
