Angelina Jolie: Brad and I did not get secretly married

Brangelina are not official...yet.

Angelina Jolie has put rumors of a hush-hush marriage to fiance, Brad Pitt, to rest. Speculation about secret nuptials were sparked after Jolie was caught wearing a simple gold band in place of her diamond sparkler engagement ring while on a trip to Africa this week.

"Is that a wedding ring, Angelina?" a reporter asks in a video posted on TMZ. "No, it's not," she replies.

But marriage certainly isn't out of the realm of possibilities for the ultra-celebrity duo, who have six kids together -- and it could be happening soon. Pitt, 49, said in November that he and Jolie, who have been together for seven years, would be getting married "soon." And ever since, people have been speculating, when the big day will take place, but no official date has been set as of yet.

While in Africa, Jolie, 37, spent four days meeting with girls and women in eastern Congo on a humanitarian effort to bring attention to the rampant problem of rape there. She returned to Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Tell us: Do you think it's about time that the couple tied the knot? Or should they not fix what's obviously not broken?
