Viewers chose the first three acts to move on, while judges Howie Mandel, Howard Stern and Sharon Osbourne decided on the fourth act to advance.

Performers advancing were: Jacob Williams, a standup comedian, black light show Lightwire Theater and the dance troupe The Untouchables.

"America did get it right," judge Howard Stern said after the results were announced.

It then came down to a two-way battle between the band Wordspit and the Illest and the dance-motorcycle ensemble All Wheel Sports.

"One's a spectacle, one is very original music," said Osbourne, who seemed torn about which act to choose. In the end, Osbourne saved All Wheel Sports.

The evening saw a performance by "Britain's Got Talent" winning act, Ashleigh and Pudsey, and Australian DJ Havana Brown.

The next episode of "America's Got Talent" will air on Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
