Molina has been cast as Deputy District Attorney Peter Morales. Earlier this month, it was announced that Skeet Ulrich will play LAPD Detective Rex Winters.

"Law & Order: Los Angeles" debuts on NBC this fall. The original "Law & Order" ended its run last season after a record-tying 20 years.

Molina's film credits include "Raiders of the Lost Ark," "Spider-Man 2" and "The Da Vinci Code." He recently starred on Broadway in the Tony Award-winning drama "Red."
