Aide To Al Qaeda in Iraq Leader Killed

An aide to Abu Hamza al Muhajer, the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq, has been killed by U.S. forces in Iraq, according to an Internet statement posted on militant Islamist forums today.
The statement claimed "Commander Abu Amna" was killed after U.S. forces received information on his whereabouts and U.S. forces riddled his body with bullets despite seeing that he was unarmed. The statement also said Abu Amna was wanted by the U.S. forces in Iraq.
