WPP buys stake in Vietnam's Smart Media -- Vietnam's Smart Media Joint Stock Co. will sell a 20% stake to WPP PLC (WPPGY) in a deal to be signed Wednesday, Smart Media general director Nguyen Tuan Anh said Monday.
