Add a Google Map to Your Web Site
Google Maps just rolled out an easy-to-use embedding feature that lets you add interactive maps to almost any site. Now you can help customers find your store(s), direct co-workers to a meeting site (via your Intranet site, of course), post directions to a public event, and so on.
To take advantage of this new feature, just head to Google Maps, find the location you want, and then click "link to this page." Next, click "customize and preview embedded map," which will display a choice of map sizes (small, medium, large, and custom), a preview of the map at the selected size, and the HTML code you need to copy and paste into your site. It doesn't get much easier. [via Webware]
