It's a gala day for Gmail users (cue Groucho Marx: "I don't think I could handle more than a gal a day."). Gmail Mobile 1.5 works with all Java-compatible phones and brings much of the functionality of desktop Gmail to your cell. Among the key features of this new release:

Up to five times faster access and use, thanks to automatic pre-fetching of messages.
Drastically reduced clicks and scrolling to access e-mail.
Fewer keystrokes for reading, composing, or searching mail.
Attachments, including files and photos, viewable and automatically resized to fit your phone.
Your account automatically stays in sync whether you access it from your PC or your phone.
