On his visit to Africa, the president visited the Chobe National Game Park in a country called Botswana. Many animals like hippos and elephants live in the park.

"It's been an amazing day," the president said.

They saw all kinds of wildlife and even tried eating some zebra and giraffe at dinner.

"I tried it all," Mr. Clinton said.

One of the most amazing things about Botswana is that there are so many elephants—about 80,000 of them. Unfortunately, some experts think that's more elephants than the land can handle.

The main problem is that these guys are really big eaters. One elephant can eat 600 pounds of food a day.
