A moment of meditation and Alan Watts discussing "nothingness"

(CBS) - We are at the end of the work day and nearing the end of the week. It's around this point where I like to take a moment to pause and meditate on life, love and everything in between. This video of Alan Watts discussing "nothingness" is an excellent way of doing so that I highly recommend checking out. 

I personally find the visuals of this video so calming and the speech given by Watts completely fascinating. For a moment everything just seems to melt away and I find a certain calm and clarity like he talks about amidst the hustle and bustle.
