Call it the ultimate low-budget fashion project.
Last year, Marisa Lynch was turning 30 and unemployed, so she decided to get herself focused by making a different second-hand dress in to something folks could wear - something very chic -- every single day.
And she did it on the proverbial shoestring, allowing herself only $1 a day to get the jobs done.
Lynch has developed a huge following. Her blog, New Dress a Day, gets nearly a million hits a week. And she has some 26,000 fans on Facebook.
