911 Call: S.C. Toddlers Found in Drowned Car
The 911 call by a man who saw 29-year-old Shaquan Duley's car in the Edisto River with her two children still inside has been released. Duley is facing two counts of murder for allegedly killing her sons. Gary Hamilton reports.
