3 parachutists leap off Trump Tower in Chicago

CHICAGO A trio of daredevils broke onto the roof of the Trump International Hotel and Tower overnight and jumped off using parachutes.

Police said three people used a cutting device to gain access to the roof of the skyscraper on N. Wabash Ave. around 12:30 a.m., CBS Station WBBM reports.

Once they got onto the roof, they jumped off wearing parachutes, and safely floated to the ground.

The skyscraper is 1,389 feet tall.

Police have not made any arrests. If caught, the three would face trespassing charges.

This wasn't the first time skydivers have jumped from the building.

In 2010, parachutists propelled themselves from the Trump Tower during filming of the third "Transformers" movie (watch video at left).
