Electronics Arts filed its quarterly 10-Q with SEC earlier today, and an interesting number on its Rupture/ThreeSF acquisition two months ago; the purchase price for the social gaming startup from Shawn Fanning was $15 million in cash, not $30 million as earlier reported.
