Woman accused in Miami-Dade hit-and-run that injured boy on electric scooter faces judge on Tuesday
An 82-year-old woman who was accused of hitting a child riding an electric scooter leaving him seriously injured faced a judge on Tuesday, and she warned the woman to not drive any vehicle after she was released on bond.
