Updated lawsuit against "Alligator Alcatraz" moving forward
An updated lawsuit is moving forward against “Alligator Alcatraz.” Friends of the Everglades filed the complaint saying the federal government didn’t comply with National Environmental Policy Act or Endangered Species Act.
