NTSB: Pilots did not deploy key braking systems before deadly MIA crash
A preliminary NTSB report found the pilots did not deploy thrust reversers or wing speed brakes, had limited verbal communication and were flying together for the first time when the plane crashed at Miami International Airport, killing five people.
