Manhole fire sparks Miami Beach building evacuation near Lincoln Road
Miami Beach Fire Rescue evacuated a building after flames from a manhole fire spread to an electrical vault near Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue. Three people suffered minor injuries, but the fire is under control and power has been shut off to the building.
