Hospice nurse accused of abusing 95‑year‑old patient at Miami‑Dade care facility

According to investigators, a witness heard yelling and reported seeing the nurse strike the woman twice before grabbing her wrist hard enough to cause bleeding. The nurse’s bond is set at $2,500, and she has been ordered to stay away from the victim. The case remains under investigation.
