Haiti president assassination plot: South Florida trial nears jury deliberation
Closing arguments are underway in the federal trial of four men accused of conspiring to kidnap or kill Haiti's President, with key parts of the plot linked to South Florida. Martine Moïse, the late president’s wife and survivor of the attack, was the first witness to testify. The jury will soon decide the fate of the accused as each defense team presents its case.
