Galleon condo owners face up to $320,000 assessments as costs soar
Residents frustrated over the length and cost of the reconstruction contacted CBS Miami. What began as a $1.6 million concrete restoration project has ballooned into a $36 million overhaul, with individual unit owners assessed between $135,000 and $320,000 each.
