Cruise ship death lawsuit alleges excessive alcohol and force by security
The family of a man who died aboard a cruise ship last year has filed a lawsuit against the company. They allege he was served 33 alcoholic drinks before becoming intoxicated while searching for his fiancée and young child. According to the lawsuit, ship security tackled him, restrained him with full body weight, administered a sedative, and used pepper spray, leading to his death hours later.
