BSO charges 'pillowcase rapist' in multiple sex assault cases from the 1980s
Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony held a news conference Tuesday morning to announce formal charges against Robert Koehler, also known as the Pillowcase Rapist, for crimes he is accused of committing in the county in the 1980s.
