Broward stepmother accused of torturing 8-year-old stepdaughter
Police say they were called by a counselor at Tedder Elementary School in Deerfield beach, Thursday — April 9th — after 42-year-old Melirose Joncky dropped off her 8-year-old step daughter with multiple injuries.
