Boynton Beach 3-year-old's death ruled accidental
Medical examiners determined a 3-year-old girl died last month from probable positional asphyxia at her babysitter's Boynton Beach home. Officials say Brielle and her 4-year-old sibling became stuck while trying to reach toys that had fallen into a kitchen play set.
