Ball & Chain lawyers told to refile suit against Joe Carollo
On the same day that U.S. Marshals started the process to seize Miami Commissioner Joe Carollo's home, there was movement in another against him -- involving the lawyers for the Little Havana restaurant Ball & Chain.
