Max's Harvest's farm to fork approach not only makes for organic and pure food, but also transcends into their drink offerings as well. Their watermelon punch is a great try for infused vodka fans. It combines local watermelon juice, ginger liqueur and Svedka clementine-infused vodka. The best part of Max's Harvest is that some proceeds from their drink orders goes to help benefit the Broward-Palm Beach Slow Food Glades to Coast movement, whose goal is to promote locally harvested food. The bar also has a pretty extensive and noteworthy wine list as well.

They have numerous infused vodka drinks to try out. One noteworthy drink to be sure to order is the Setai apple, which combines apple and lemon infused Russian standard vodka with apple juice, simple syrup, fresh rosemary and fresh mint with an absinthe rinse. Another fun one to try is their rhubarb stringer. It combines rhubarb infused Russian standard vodka with rhubarb purée, vanilla syrup, citrus, fresh strawberries and fresh ginger.

Be sure to ask if they also have available their just in thyme cocktail. It features thyme-infused vodka, fresh limeade, strawberry purée, black pepper syrup and a sprig of thyme.

Last, but certainly not least, is Byblos Miami, which serves not only delicious Eastern Mediterranean food, but very creative cocktails. Infused vodka enthusiasts need to try their gulab. The drink is made with rose-infused Absolute Elyx vodka and combined with pomegranate, lemon and rose water. In fact the word "gulab" means rose in both Hindi and Arabic. This restaurant is only open in the evening hours.
