MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The night before Election Day is always crunch time for the candidates and their supporters.

The same can be said for the celebs hoping to get people out to the vote.

"Young Gets It Done," a free rally at Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens Monday night, was all about mobilizing millennials to vote.

The targeted audience was young African-Americans, Hispanics and Haitians, with the hopes the event will get them excited to head to the polls on Tuesday.

"We were blessed to get artists that said said they would consider their time to get out here impress upon the young folks why it's important for them to get out tomorrow and to vote," said George Gresham, president of United Heathcare Workers East.

Rapper Tip "T.I." Harris started it off by reciting a poem.

He was followed by hip-hop artist Gucci Mane, who urged his fans to get it done.

Then there was YesJulz, a social media phenomenon who got her start in Miami.

She was happy to be back to spread the word.

"We are the largest generation, obviously, right now. And our voice is loud now more than ever. It's important for us to use the freedom we have to vote.

Social justice activists Sybrina Fulton and Jahvaris Fulton, the mother and brother of Trayvon Martin, were also on hand.

Over in Wynwood, the one-and-only Cher used her star power to appeal to an older audience to vote Hillary Clinton all the way.

"I know that she's a good person. You know, we are not perfect, but she is a good person and she will unite us," she said.

Will this celebrity push make a difference at the polls?

We will find out soon enough.
