MIAMI (CBSMiami) - It was a SeaWorld team to the rescue after a truck carrying five sharks ran off the road in Volusia County.
The sharks were on their way from Marathon to an aquarium in Coney Island, New York when the tractor trailer they were traveling in blew a tire and ran off I-95 near Oak Hill.
The SeaWorld team carefully offloaded each of the shark tanks. One of them was severely damaged and shark inside did not survive.
The four surviving sharks were taken back to SeaWorld where they will be cared for until transportation arrangements can be made.
