Police Looking For Driver Who Caused Three Car Crash

NORTH MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Police are looking for a driver who left the scene of a three car crash Thursday morning.

The hit-and-run happened at around 2:00 a.m. on Northeast 12th Avenue and 147th Street.

According to detectives, a black Nissan ran a stop sign at a four-way intersection and caused two other drivers to swerve and lose control of their cars.

One car slammed into the bedroom wall of a home. Police say a second person drove of from the scene.

Two people in the cars were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. No one inside the home was hurt.

The driver of the Nissan received a ticket for running a stop sign.

Police are looking for a four door white sedan with front end damage.
